These terms cover your use of the Halden website and any order you place for the men’s charcoal oil-control cleanser. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

The product

Halden Charcoal Oil-Control Cleanser is a cosmetic. It is not a medicine, not a therapeutic good, and not a treatment for acne, infection, or any medical condition. Use it on the face as directed, keep it out of the eyes, and stop if the skin reacts. Patch-test if your skin is easily irritated. You must be 18 or older to buy.

Prices and packs

• Single trial, 1 × 100g: $39 AUD.
• Duo cycle, 2 × 100g: $69 AUD.
• Triple stock-up, 3 × 100g: $99 AUD.

Prices in AUD, GST inclusive. The saving on the duo and the triple is against the single-tube price. Choosing a pack on the site updates the displayed price. WooCommerce records an order when checkout is submitted successfully. On this local demo, all orders use an offline test method: no money is collected and nothing is dispatched.

The contact form opens your email app. It does not deliver a message by itself. Do not send card numbers by email. We may update copy, prices, or these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do.

Returns

The 30-day hassle-free return policy is part of these terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well and cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that the law does not require us to cover. We do not exclude liability that the Australian Consumer Law says we cannot exclude.
