Privacy policy

Halden sells a cosmetic face wash to customers in Australia. This policy explains what this website does with personal information. It is written for the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Name, email address, and the message you type into the contact form.
• Cart session cookies, chosen products, name, email, billing and delivery address, and order details stored by WordPress and WooCommerce.

The contact form does not send your message to a Halden server. It opens your own email app addressed to [email protected]. If you send that email, we receive whatever you chose to include.

Why we use it

We use contact details to answer the question you asked, to help with an order or a return, and to keep a record of that conversation. WooCommerce uses session cookies and stores cart and order records in the local database. You can view your orders through My account when signed in.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• This storefront uses essential WordPress login and WooCommerce shopping-session cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies are configured.
• We do not ask for card numbers. Local checkout uses an offline test method and does not collect payment. No emails leave this local demo.
